Job Summary

The role of the manager encompasses the coordination of comprehensive business operations, which involves Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Production, Sales Inventory (PSI) planning, and inventory control to align strategies with overall business goals. This position emphasizes fostering process enhancements and encouraging teamwork among sales, supply chain, and global manufacturing departments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or demand planning.
• Background in the durable goods or HVAC sectors is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
