**Sales Lead**
The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in assisting store management in enhancing sales outcomes and fostering team growth by providing tailored customer service and styling guidance. This position entails overseeing daily operations within the store, which encompasses visual merchandising, handling inventory, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally in women’s specialty retail, along with a deep enthusiasm for customer service. The role necessitates a flexible work schedule, which includes availability on weekends and evenings, as well as the physical ability to manage tasks such as lifting items up to 30 lbs.
