**Sales Leader**
The Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the store, which includes managing the sales floor, supervising the stockroom, and ensuring smooth merchandise flow. This role also entails mentoring and training team members to deliver top-notch customer service and to enhance overall store performance. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of retail experience, along with a high school diploma or similar qualification. Familiarity with retail technology, including iPads and cash registers, is essential. Additionally, candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
