You will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing calls, facilitating discussions regarding financial matters, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and be available to work 40 hours each week, including Saturdays. Excellent communication abilities are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
