Job description
In this position, you will engage directly with customers to comprehend their requirements and assist them in navigating financial solutions through both incoming and outgoing calls. The role requires you to address objections, pose follow-up inquiries, and sustain a positive, target-oriented approach. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification and be available to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to successfully complete pre-employment assessments are essential.
