Job description
The Insurance Agent’s role involves actively pursuing new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This position also includes managing transaction documentation and offering knowledgeable advice to clients about insurance options. Ideal candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is advantageous, though the company offers assistance for candidates to obtain this certification.
