**Senior Sales Associate**
The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to both pets and their owners while aiding in the daily operations and merchandising of the store. This role involves mentoring less experienced associates and assisting management with daily responsibilities and addressing customer issues. Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of one year in a retail setting and demonstrate a deep passion for animal care. The position necessitates the capability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds in a dynamic retail setting.
