Job description
The Wireless Specialist is responsible for driving retail sales of mobile devices and services while delivering personalized customer support. This role also involves managing everyday store functions, such as inventory oversight, cash handling, and meeting sales targets. Applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, along with a talent for swiftly acquiring new technological knowledge. Additionally, the position requires availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes the physical capability to lift items weighing more than 50 lbs.
