**Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Associate**
In this role, team members will provide outstanding customer service, enhance sales performance, and oversee product inventory management through effective stocking and merchandising techniques. Additionally, they will play a vital part in supporting digital business activities by processing orders and assisting with both in-store and curbside pick-up. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail. This position requires the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on their feet for 8-10 hours.
