Job description
**Job Title**: Salesforce Business Analyst
Conduct workshops with IRS stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize business processes suitable for AI automation through Agentforce. Create comprehensive user stories, process diagrams, and testing methodologies to guarantee that AI agents are compliant with federal regulations and security protocols. A current IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Applicants should possess both Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certifications.
