Job description
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer support, reaching both personal and store sales targets, and executing DIY services such as installing batteries and wipers. Additionally, this position involves overseeing inventory management tasks, which include stocking products, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring that operational standards are upheld. Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in retail sales and a fundamental understanding of automotive parts and systems. The position also requires the capacity to lift weights up to 100 pounds, the flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, and strong communication skills in English.
