Job Summary
The Scan Team Lead is in charge of overseeing a dedicated team that prepares items for online auctions, ensuring that tasks such as scanning, inspecting, and organizing products are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team engaged in the preparation of items for auction.
- Ensure thorough scanning, inspection, and organization of products.
- Manage team performance, fostering an environment of growth and accountability.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and workflow.
- Facilitate communication between the team and the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Ability to adhere to written instructions and company policies.
