This position acts as the main contact for both patients and staff, ensuring precise scheduling and smooth operational flow within the department. Candidates should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for at least three years of relevant experience. Strong organizational abilities, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency in using standard office equipment in a dynamic healthcare setting are essential for success in this role.
