**Job Title: Scheduling Specialist**
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for organizing patient appointments concerning durable medical equipment, PAP machines, and oxygen therapy services. This role entails overseeing the delivery, upkeep, and retrieval of equipment while guaranteeing adherence to healthcare regulations and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although an associate degree in business or healthcare administration is favored. Prior experience in healthcare scheduling or administrative roles is necessary, with the requirement varying from one to five years based on the level of the specialist position.
