This position includes managing staff schedules, providing support to Site Directors, and engaging with children to uphold the necessary staffing ratios. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old and possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. Furthermore, candidates are required to have relevant childcare experience or hold specific professional credentials applicable in Vermont.
