Job description
**Job Title: Technical Operations Assistant**
The Technical Operations Assistant will oversee the administration and setup of operational systems, such as dialers and CRMs, while maintaining data integrity via API-driven automation. This role includes testing comprehensive processes, identifying and prioritizing bugs, and tracking operational metrics to avert performance issues. Ideal candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a solid technical understanding of REST APIs, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or TypeScript, as well as SQL. A robust quality assurance focus and experience with SaaS platform management are key requirements for this position.
