**Job Title: Site Director**
The Site Director is responsible for ensuring the high quality of daily programming, supervising staff, and maintaining adherence to Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations. This role includes leading interactive activities, overseeing attendance management, and acting as a bridge between families and the school administration. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, alongside 1 to 4 years of experience in a child-focused environment. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and demonstrate the physical ability to fulfill job responsibilities.
