The Site Director plays a key role in upholding regulatory standards, ensuring safety protocols, and overseeing appropriate staff-to-child ratios. This position involves organizing stimulating daily activities and acting as the main point of contact for families, school leadership, and the central office. Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening and demonstrate the physical ability to carry out childcare responsibilities.
