**Job Title: State Warehouse Operations Director**
The State Warehouse Operations Director will be at the forefront of enhancing and streamlining operations across five facilities in Texas. This position focuses on developing a cohesive statewide strategy and implementing standardized best practices. Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse performance metrics, coaching site managers, and incorporating advanced technologies such as AI and automation to improve fulfillment efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, ideally in the alcohol beverage industry or high-volume fulfillment fields. Strong capabilities in multi-site leadership, KPI oversight, and cross-functional teamwork are critical for success in this role.
