Job description
**Job Title:** ERSEA Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling ERSEA requirements and overseeing family engagement services to enhance the enrollment, health, and attendance of infants and toddlers. Your duties will include performing home visits, keeping precise records, and partnering with community organizations to offer vital resources to families. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area is preferred. Candidates should have one to three years of experience working with families and children and must possess a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation.
