The Site Director plays a vital role in guaranteeing adherence to regulations, maintaining precise records, and managing the daily operations of the program. This position also involves orchestrating dynamic activities for children and providing diligent supervision for both employees and students. Candidates are required to possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline, such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and demonstrate the physical ability to carry out job responsibilities.
