The Site Director plays a crucial role in guaranteeing adherence to regulations, keeping precise documentation, and managing the everyday operations of the program. This position involves organizing stimulating activities for children and supervising staff to promote safety and manage behaviors effectively. To qualify, candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants are required to clear a background check and should be physically fit to handle responsibilities that include lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
