Job description
**Job Title: Site Supervisor**
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a secure, stimulating, and high-caliber atmosphere for children, while ensuring that the program adheres to the required regulatory ratios. This position involves overseeing daily staffing, managing inventory, and maintaining open lines of communication with families to promote continuous program effectiveness. Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma and have two years of experience, possess a relevant credential with one year of experience, or be in possession of an associate degree in a related area. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a background screening and be physically able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
