This position involves recognizing potential risks, overseeing backlog management, and providing coaching to teams on effective Agile methodologies aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile delivery, complemented by an in-depth understanding of Jira. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is favored, along with professional certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMP.
