Job Summary
The position of Commercial Counsel entails overseeing a wide variety of commercial agreements, which includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts with both suppliers and customers. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to effectively manage contractual risks, support strategic alliances, and establish scalable contracting procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of supplier and customer agreements.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Support the development and management of strategic partnerships.
- Create and implement scalable contracting processes.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant transactional legal experience.
- Strong knowledge in the areas of commercial risk allocation and intellectual property.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
