The Seasonal Milling Operator is responsible for the startup, monitoring, and shutdown of milling lines to ensure maximum oil extraction and quality. They must maintain a clean, safe work environment while accurately recording operational data and troubleshooting equipment deviations. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience operating high-speed machinery and possess fundamental knowledge of HMI and machine control systems. The role requires the ability to work a 24/7 schedule, including 12-hour shifts, and the physical capacity to lift up to 45 lbs.
