Job description
**Job Title: Associate**
The associate will deliver outstanding customer service, oversee inventory levels, and uphold visual merchandising guidelines. This role also involves processing transactions accurately at the cash register and contributing to the store’s profitability by managing product inventory effectively. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years old and have fundamental skills in using POS systems and retail software. Although specific educational qualifications are not mandatory, a High School Diploma or GED is favored. Additionally, candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 40 lbs.
