Job description
The Merchandising Associate plays a pivotal role in crafting attractive merchandise displays and implementing pricing adjustments to enhance sales performance. This position also assists in the efficient operation of the store by handling deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants should be prepared to work a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts, and must have the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with technology, including tablets and Windows-based platforms, is necessary, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
