The Section Leader will be responsible for managing direct line activities, which encompass providing performance evaluations, guiding career growth, and overseeing talent recruitment for a group of engineers. This role also involves engaging in departmental leadership projects and making certain that day-to-day program functions are in accordance with organizational policies. Applicants should hold a degree in a STEM field and have a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in system, software, integration, or testing settings. A current and transferable U.S. government secret security clearance is necessary before commencing employment.
