**Job Title:** Security Ambassador
The Security Ambassador plays a crucial role in delivering customer service and ensuring safety within Sparrow Hospital. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, overseeing access control, and fostering a secure atmosphere. The position involves routine patrols of the lobby area, guiding individuals with navigation, and overseeing parking management. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in frontline customer service or security, along with a high school diploma. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication abilities, and competence in crisis intervention.
