Job Summary
The Semiconductor Process Engineer Stf – E4 will focus on innovating and enhancing process formulations within the Infrared Sensors Business, specifically related to Focal Plane Array technologies. This role involves applying expertise to develop new processes and refine existing ones in a hands-on onsite environment located in Goleta, California.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new process formulations for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Sustain and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that developed processes meet industry standards and performance requirements.
- Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to semiconductor processes.
Qualifications
- Significant industry experience in semiconductor processes or an advanced degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to engineering processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for innovation and process development in a technical setting.
