Job Summary
The Associate Director will be essential in spearheading the strategy, design, and upkeep of physical infrastructure and utility systems. This role is crucial for optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring safety standards are maintained. The individual will manage interdisciplinary teams, oversee the renovation of facilities, and push for performance improvements within a GMP manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design of physical infrastructure and utility systems.
- Ensure operational efficiency and safety across facilities.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in projects.
- Oversee renovations and improvements of facility spaces.
- Drive performance objectives in alignment with GMP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent industry experience.
- Proven expertise in project management and facility start-up processes.
- Experience with drug substances, biologics, or aseptic sterile fill finish operations.
