Job Summary
The Senior Accountant position located in Anchorage, Alaska, is primarily focused on supporting the Finance Manager(s) with budgeting tasks. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and assists in the overall financial management of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist Finance Manager(s) in coordinating and overseeing the budget.
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Support audits and facilitate the financial review process.
- Contribute to strategic financial planning and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent training and experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
