**Job Title: Medical Records Coordinator**
Ensure the accuracy, security, and completeness of medical records while adhering to both federal and state guidelines. Work closely with nursing personnel and physicians to oversee resident documentation pertinent to admissions, transfers, and discharges. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the capability to fulfill local health regulations. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a long-term care setting and demonstrate expertise in PointClickCare and Microsoft Office applications.
