**Job Title: Senior Analyst**
The Senior Analyst will manage the daily operations of the Passive Stewardship team, focusing on the proxy voting processes and the formulation of stewardship strategies. In this role, you will act as a vital consultant to senior leadership and work closely with internal departments to promote governance initiatives and manage pass-through voting programs. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of six years of experience in investment stewardship, corporate governance, or proxy voting. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of financial markets.
