The Specialty Services Patient Navigator serves as a primary liaison for patients, guiding them through laboratory tests, procedures, and referrals to specialty care. This role involves handling insurance precertifications, authorization processes, and providing financial counseling to enhance the patient experience. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of experience in healthcare financial services or insurance authorization. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate competency in electronic medical records and exhibit strong analytical abilities.
