**Senior Analyst**
The Senior Analyst will oversee the operational facets of the private equity deal lifecycle, encompassing deal approval, settlement, and ongoing management. This role involves liaising with both internal teams and external partners to guarantee precise execution of deals and upkeep of investment documentation. Prospective candidates should possess 4-7 years of experience in private equity operations, with a strong capability in examining legal documents and handling lifecycle events. Excellent technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel macros is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of private fund structures.
