**Senior Analyst**

This role involves liaising with both internal teams and external partners to guarantee precise execution of deals and upkeep of investment documentation. Prospective candidates should possess 4-7 years of experience in private equity operations, with a strong capability in examining legal documents and handling lifecycle events. Excellent technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel macros is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of private fund structures.
