Responsibilities

- Direct third-party managers in the execution of business plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate asset management or investment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and property management software.
- Excellent skills in market analysis and stakeholder management.
