Job description
**Job Title:** Trade Support Specialist
In this position, you will assist in daily trading activities, facilitate client connections, and manage the trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and options. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical challenges, overseeing FIX connectivity, and working closely with various stakeholders to maintain robust trading interfaces and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in trade support or within capital markets, along with a solid comprehension of the FIX protocol. Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, a grasp of networking principles, and familiarity with incident management processes are essential, paired with strong communication abilities.
