Lead cross-functional bid teams through end-to-end proposal development, from RFP planning and solution strategy to submission, contract signature, and project handover. Develop technical and commercial approaches, manage schedules and compliance, assess risks and opportunities, support client negotiations, and improve proposal performance. Requires at least eight years of proposal management, applications engineering, or project management experience in industrial water treatment, including direct experience with ultrapure or high-purity water systems or semiconductor and microelectronics water infrastructure. A bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred, along with complex proposal experience, familiarity with design-build delivery, risk management capability, and fluency in English.
