Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – CNS/Psychiatry position is a critical role within a mid-sized global Contract Research Organization (CRO) located in Phoenix, Arizona. This remote position focuses on the advancement of clinical trials related to Central Nervous System (CNS) and psychiatric disorders. The CRA will be instrumental in driving innovations and enhancing patient outcomes by participating in the management of clinical research studies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor study sites and perform regular visits to ensure adherence to protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all study-related activities.
- Engage with investigators and site staff to foster strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a Nursing degree is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in CNS/Neurology trials is required.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
