Job description
The Senior Commercial Counsel will be responsible for drafting, evaluating, and negotiating a diverse array of commercial agreements, while also offering comprehensive legal support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and employment law. This position will also focus on optimizing contracting procedures, integrating legal technology, and providing training sessions for internal teams. Applicants must have a J.D. from a recognized law institution and maintain active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 10 years of pertinent legal experience is required, ideally with a preference for candidates who have in-house experience and familiarity with the energy or industrial sectors.
