Lead the design, programming, integration, testing, and optimization of control systems for electrical projects, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with project teams and clients, provide technical estimates to sales, and prepare system documentation and project updates. Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, control systems engineering, or a related field, or at least 10 years of relevant experience, along with extensive control-systems experience and proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and industrial communication protocols. Candidates should also bring robot integration experience, strong control theory and electrical knowledge, risk assessment capability, project leadership and management skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
