Job Summary
The Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) position is vital for ensuring the integrity and safety of various structures in Helena, Montana. This role significantly contributes to projects by applying engineering principles and practices, working closely with a team, and engaging in the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering expertise to evaluate and design structural systems for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee project documentation and manage the structural design process effectively.
- Perform detailed analyses to guarantee the safety and durability of structural designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Proven experience in structural analysis and design, preferably with truss systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
