Job Summary
The Test Engineer Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring product quality through rigorous testing processes. This position is key to the development pipeline, focusing on assessing solutions before they reach the final stages of production.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of tests on products to evaluate their performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures.
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address and resolve any identified issues.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Engineering technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a testing or quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
