Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Counsel will act as the chief legal advisor for the North American business units, guiding the legal strategy and governance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that the company’s legal considerations align with its operational goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Possession of a law degree and an active license to practice in at least one jurisdiction within the United States.
- Over 15 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal positions.
- Extensive knowledge in the regulatory frameworks of fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and offer strategic guidance.
