The Senior Counsel will spearhead the creation of federal and state policy strategies aimed at combating speech suppression while furthering the organization’s objectives. This role involves drafting legal documents, offering specialized legal guidance to leadership, and representing the task force in public and legislative discussions. Applicants must hold a J.D. and maintain an active license with at least one U.S. state bar. A minimum of 10 years of legal experience is necessary for this role.
