This includes managing cross-departmental projects such as mergers and acquisitions and expanding into new countries. Furthermore, you will oversee relationships with vendors, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and analyze data to provide informed recommendations to leadership. The position demands a background in handling intricate, multi-departmental initiatives and a solid grasp of global benefits compliance regulations.
