Job Summary
This role involves the autonomous oversight of intricate insurance defense litigation cases from their initiation to conclusion. It includes responsibilities such as court appearances, depositions, and conducting trials. In addition, the position is focused on providing guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys while fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex insurance defense litigation cases from start to finish.
- Conduct court appearances, depositions, and trial proceedings.
- Mentor and support less experienced attorneys in their professional development.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Demonstrated success in discovery and trial preparation.
