**Job Title: Customer Experience Manager**
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in generating business value and fostering revenue expansion by steering strategic enterprise clients through their journey in cloud security. This position requires working in concert with internal teams to ensure the effective adoption of products, promote security best practices, and oversee intricate, multi-year projects. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing strategic positions, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Executive (AE). A comprehensive understanding of Security SaaS solutions, cloud technology, and the capability to communicate effectively with C-level executives is essential.
